Abdushukur Sadikov was born in 1974 in Tashkent. Graduated from Tashkent Medical Academy and Tashkent State Law University.

From 2018 to the present day, he worked as the director of the Scientific and Practical Center of Sports Medicine of the National Olympic Committee.

During his career, Abdushukur Sadikov worked as an assistant, associate professor at the Tashkent Medical Academy, and then as the deputy head and head of the main department in the Ministry of Health. Later, he worked as the rector of the Andijan State Medical Institute and the head of the regional Health Department.

He is the editor-in-chief of the scientific journal "Medicine and Sport", the author of more than 70 publications, guidelines, patents and monographs.

By the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Cabinet of Ministers on January 30, 2021, Abdushukur Sadikov was awarded the academic degree of professor.
