In 1999-2002, he studied in the specialty "Dental Technology" at the Republican Medical Technical College.

In 2004-2011, he completed the full course of professional education at the Tashkent Medical Academy (former First Tashkent State Medical Institute) specializing in "medical work".

In 2011-2013, he studied at the Tashkent Medical Academy in the fields of "Public Health and Health Care Management".

In 2012-2014, he was the senior doctor of the Tashkent City Emergency Medical Service (103) station, "Department of Call Reception".

In 2013-2014, he worked as the chief specialist of the "Department of Privatization and Organization of Paid Services" of the Tashkent City Health Department.

In 2014-2017, he was the senior doctor of the Yunusabad district department of the Tashkent city ambulance (103) station.

During the years 2017-2023, he worked as a researcher, chief specialist of the "Marketing and Paid Services Department", and head of the department at the Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Sports Medicine under the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.

During the years 2019-2021, he worked as an external deputy in the Central Consultative-Diagnostic Polyclinic No. 1, Statistics Department, and Paid Service Department of the General Medical Department under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 2018-2023, he worked as the chief specialist of the "Department for the Study of Children's Legal Problems" of the Republican Center for Children's Social Adaptation.

From 2022, he is a doctoral student (PhD) in the field of "Sport Medicine" of the Scientific and Practical Center of Sports Medicine of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan.
